My name is Stoyan Krasimirov, and for more than 15 years I've helped people build a healthier, stronger, more confident body. To me, fitness has never been just a workout — it's a tool through which a person can change their life.
Sport has been an inseparable part of my life for over 25 years. In that time I've practised various sports, competed, and built up hands-on experience that I now combine with an academic education and an evidence-based approach to health and physical conditioning.

I founded the organisation “Active and Healthy Childhood”, through which I work with kindergartens, schools, and parents to prevent childhood obesity and build healthy habits from the earliest age.
