Postnatal Recovery
Training, nutrition and an individual approach after birth
Attention, patience and the right strategy
The period after birth is a time when a woman's body needs attention, patience and the right strategy. The goal is not fast weight loss, but a safe recovery of strength, tone, hormonal balance, eating habits and confidence.
As a certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness & Nutrition Coach, my work is focused primarily on women after birth who want to restore their body, reduce excess weight, improve their fitness and build a sustainable lifestyle.
How I can help
After birth there is no universal plan
Every woman has a different recovery, a different hormonal background, a different daily routine, a different level of physical preparation and different goals.
That is why every program is created individually — after a thorough analysis, never from a ready-made template.
Every program is created individually after analysing:
- time after birth
- type of birth
- the presence of diastasis or discomfort
- blood work and nutritional deficiencies
- weight, measurements and body composition
- eating habits
- activity level
- sleep quality and stress
- the main goal: weight loss, recovery, toning, strength or a complete change
Stronger, more energetic and more confident
The goal is not simply for a woman to lose weight. The goal is to recover properly, to feel stronger, more energetic and more confident in her body.
We work on building a realistic routine that fits into the daily life of a mother — without extremes, without guilt and without promises of quick results.
Important note
Safety comes first
- Postnatal recovery programs begin after medical clearance from an OB-GYN or the specialist monitoring you.
- If diastasis, pain, complications after birth, hormonal disorders or other medical conditions are present, the approach is adapted to the recommendations of a physician or physiotherapist.
- All results are individual and depend on health status, the postpartum period, consistency, lifestyle and the individual response of the body.
