Fat Loss

-18 kg in 3.5 months

The client began the program with a clear goal — to reduce body weight, improve overall health and build sustainable habits. Instead of quick fixes, we built a complete strategy shaped entirely around his body, lifestyle and objectives. We started with detailed blood work, and on that basis designed an individual nutrition plan, a personalised training program and an evidence-based supplementation protocol. Throughout the process the plan was monitored and adjusted to the results achieved — with no extreme restrictions and no risky methods.

  • Individual assessment and blood work
  • Personalised training program
  • Custom-built nutrition plan
  • Supplementation matched to the lab results
  • Continuous feedback and plan adjustments

Body Recomposition

-31 kg in 15 months

This transformation is proof that lasting results come from consistency, discipline and an individual approach. Over 15 months the client not only shed 31 kilograms, but also gradually built quality muscle mass and completely changed his lifestyle. We started with a thorough assessment of his health and lab markers. The initial focus was the safe reduction of body fat, after which the program was restructured toward building muscle, increasing strength and improving body composition.

  • -31 kg body weight
  • Muscle mass built after the fat-loss phase
  • Markedly improved body composition
  • Improved cholesterol and liver-function markers
  • Greater strength, endurance and daily capacity

Postnatal Recovery

–8 kg after second birth

Safe recovery after birth

After her second birth, the client began the program wanting not simply to lose the weight she had gained, but to restore her body safely and correctly. Beyond the weight reduction, our main goals were restoring the abdominal muscles, improving pelvic-floor function and a gradual return to full physical activity.

  • 7–8 kilograms reduced
  • Notably reduced waist, hip, thigh and arm measurements
  • Improved abdominal-wall function
  • Pelvic-floor recovery through a progressive training program
  • Gradual return of strength, stability and functional movement
  • Sustainable eating habits established
  • Greater energy, confidence and quality of life

Because the client has diagnosed Hashimoto's, which is managed with medication, the program was built entirely individually and tailored both to her health status and to the postpartum period.

We worked through my methodology, which combines consecutive stages of nutrition, movement and recovery rather than extreme restrictions and one-size-fits-all programs. Over the process the nutrition plan was adjusted several times according to her recovery, energy needs and the results achieved. Alongside it we built a training program performed entirely at home, gradually increasing the load in line with the body's capacity and recovery.

Supplementation was likewise selected individually around her goals and needs, supporting the recovery processes and her overall condition.

This transformation shows that postnatal recovery does not have to involve crash diets or excessive strain. When training, nutrition and recovery are matched to a woman's individual circumstances, lasting results are possible without compromising health.

Every program is built individually after a detailed assessment of health status, lifestyle, eating habits and goals. In postnatal recovery and accompanying conditions such as thyroid disorders, the approach is always aligned with the recommendations of the treating physician. Results are individual and depend on many factors, including consistency, the recovery period and the individual response of the body.

Postnatal Transformation

–48 kg in 12 months

Recovery, health and a new beginning

After giving birth, the client started the program wanting to restore her body, improve her health and feel confident in herself again. What she achieved in a single year is far more than an impressive drop on the scale — it is a complete change of lifestyle.

  • 48 kilograms reduced in 12 months
  • Major body-fat reduction while preserving and building muscle mass
  • Improved body composition and silhouette
  • Markedly improved fitness and endurance
  • Sustainable eating habits established
  • Greater strength, functionality and daily activity
  • Significantly improved confidence and quality of life
  • Improved skin condition and gradual easing of acne-related inflammation as a result of the overall lifestyle change

We worked through my methodology, built on an individual approach in which every decision is matched to the specific person, their health status, daily life and stated goals.

The program moved through several consecutive stages, with the nutrition plan, the training process and the supplementation adapting to her progress and the body's needs. Our main goal was not simply to lose kilograms, but to gradually improve body composition, preserve and build muscle mass, restore metabolic health and create sustainable habits.

Training was planned progressively, with a gradual increase in load so that the body could adapt safely and effectively after birth. Alongside it, the nutrition plan was structured to provide all the nutrients needed for recovery, body-fat reduction and maintaining high energy levels.

The individually selected supplementation complemented the overall process and supported the body's recovery, tailored to the client's specific needs and goals.

This transformation proves that when nutrition, training and recovery work in sync, the results go far beyond the number on the scale. Real change happens when a person restores not only their physical shape, but also their confidence, energy and relationship with their own health.

Every program is built individually after an assessment of health status, lifestyle, eating habits and goals. All results are individual and depend on many factors, including health status, consistency, the recovery period and the individual response of the body.

Post-Surgery Recovery

From 100 kg to 82 kg

A safe return to sport after hip surgery

A former footballer, the client had always led an active life. After hip surgery, however, physical activity dropped sharply and his weight gradually climbed to 100 kilograms, increasing the load on his joints and making a return to the sport he loved harder. Our goal was safe recovery, weight reduction and a gradual preparation for a return to football.

  • Reduced from 100 kg to 82 kg
  • Improved body composition and physical conditioning
  • Greater strength, endurance and confidence in movement
  • Restored hip mobility and stability
  • A gradual return to training with football in sight

From the outset we carried out a full assessment of his health, the history of the operation, his movement limitations and his goals. The program was built to ensure safe recovery, a gradual increase in load and preparation for a return to football, with each stage matched to what his body could handle.

Training moved through three clearly defined phases. In the recovery phase the focus was a safe return to movement, improving hip mobility and stability and restoring basic movement patterns. In the adaptation phase we gradually raised the training volume with strength, balance, stability and functional work. In the intensive phase the emphasis shifted to the strength, explosiveness and endurance a sport like football demands.

The nutrition plan was designed for gradual, sustainable fat loss while preserving muscle mass, matched to his daily routine, training and energy needs, with an emphasis on quality food sources, sufficient protein and sensible meal distribution through the day. As the program progressed, the plan was adjusted to the results and the growing training load.

After assessing the body's needs, a foundational supplementation protocol of magnesium, vitamin D, zinc and creatine was put in place, supporting recovery, muscle function and adaptation to training.

In just a few months the client went from 100 to 82 kilograms, regained his confidence in movement, increased his strength and endurance and returned to training with a clear path back to playing football. This transformation shows that even after major orthopaedic surgery, a properly planned training process, individual nutrition and consistent monitoring can lead to safe and lasting results.

Every program is built individually after a detailed assessment of health status, lifestyle and goals. In post-surgery recovery, the approach is always aligned with the recommendations of the treating physician. Results are individual and depend on many factors, including consistency, the recovery period and the individual response of the body.

Body Shaping & Functional Muscle

Reduced body fat and a more toned silhouette

Body shaping, improved posture and sustainable habits

Because of her office job, the client spends much of the day seated, which left her less active and made staying in good shape harder. Our aim was not simply to lose weight, but to reduce body fat, shape the figure and build quality muscle that would improve both her appearance and her health — through a consistent, evidence-based approach with no extreme diets.

  • Reduced body fat, especially around the midsection
  • A firmer, more athletic silhouette
  • Improved muscle tone and posture
  • Greater strength and daytime energy
  • Sustainable eating habits established

The work began with a detailed assessment of her lifestyle, eating habits, physical activity and goals. On that basis we built a complete individual plan — a nutrition regimen, a personalised training program, progress tracking and regular adjustments to the results — so the change would be sustainable and easy to apply in a busy daily routine.

The nutrition plan was matched to her demanding schedule, with an emphasis on balanced eating, sufficient protein, quality carbohydrates, healthy fats and fibre-rich foods. We used no extreme restrictions or fasting — instead we built habits that could be maintained long term.

Training targeted fat burning and muscle building at once — full-body strength work, a gradual increase in load and attention to posture, strength and functionality. Particular focus went to the legs, glutes, back and shoulders for a more balanced, athletic figure.

Supplementation was kept measured — we first optimised nutrition, then added only the essentials that support health, recovery and training, with nothing superfluous.

Through consistent work the client achieved a marked reduction in body fat and a firmer, more athletic figure, increased her strength, improved her posture and raised her daytime energy, building healthy habits she can keep for the long term.

Every program is built individually after an assessment of health status, lifestyle, eating habits and goals. Results are individual and depend on many factors, including consistency and the individual response of the body.

Athletic Performance & Body Composition

Over 13 kg in 2 months

Optimizing body composition, recovery and athletic performance

As a mixed martial arts coach, the client faces a heavy daily training load. In cases like his the goal is not only to lose weight, but to recover better, sustain athletic capacity and optimise body composition. In just two months he reduced his weight by over 13 kilograms while preserving his strength and improving his conditioning, both in training and in everyday life.

  • Over 13 kg of body weight reduced in 2 months
  • Marked fat loss with strength preserved
  • Better athletic conditioning and faster recovery between sessions
  • More energy in everyday life
  • Improved health markers

The work began with a full assessment of his health, training volume, eating habits and goals. Detailed lab analysis found elevated cholesterol, raised liver enzymes and vitamin and mineral deficiencies. On that basis we built a fully personalised plan aimed not only at weight reduction but also at improving his overall condition and athletic performance.

The nutrition plan was matched to his high training volume and his need for optimal recovery, with the goals of gradual fat loss, preserving muscle mass, sufficient energy intake for intense sessions and support for his lipid profile and liver function. The plan was adjusted regularly as he progressed.

Although the client trains martial arts daily, we structured additional training to support his main preparation without tipping into overtraining — focused on strength, endurance, optimising body composition, faster recovery and sustaining high athletic capacity.

After reviewing the lab work, a personalised supplementation protocol was set up to address the deficiencies found and support recovery, chosen around the body's real needs, his training volume and his health status.

In just two months the client achieved over 13 kilograms of reduction, a marked drop in body fat, improved conditioning, better recovery between sessions and more energy day to day, managing to combine a high training volume with optimal recovery and to improve his performance as both coach and athlete.

Every program is built individually after a detailed assessment of health status, lab markers, lifestyle and goals. Supplements are not a substitute for medical treatment and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Results are individual and depend on many factors, including consistency and the individual response of the body.

Muscle Definition

Improved muscle definition and conditioning

From training plateau to clearly defined shape

Despite regular training and serious effort, the client had hit a plateau — his body composition would not shift, and the muscle definition and conditioning he wanted stayed out of reach. Our aim was not simply to lose weight, but to optimise body composition, reduce subcutaneous fat and reveal the muscle he had already built.

  • Training plateau overcome
  • Markedly better muscle definition and conditioning
  • Lower body-fat percentage with muscle mass preserved
  • Clear definition in the shoulders, chest, arms and abs
  • Improved training efficiency and recovery

The work began with a detailed review of his existing training, eating habits, daily activity and the factors holding back his progress. After the assessment — which included analysis of his lab markers — we built an individual plan with a nutrition regimen, a personalised training program, progress tracking and regular changes as things developed.

To break the plateau, precise management of energy intake and macronutrients was needed. The nutrition plan was built to create the conditions for a gradual reduction of subcutaneous fat without compromising muscle mass or training performance, with calorie intake and nutrient distribution adjusted to his progress.

Training was fully restructured around progressive overload, volume and proper recovery. The goals were breaking the plateau, improving muscle definition, reducing subcutaneous fat, preserving and developing muscle mass and improving symmetry and proportions. The program was updated regularly to keep providing a stimulus to progress.

We used only the essential, evidence-based supplements, chosen around the body's needs and the goals of the phase, focused on recovery, training efficiency and preserving muscle mass during the fat-loss period.

After we began working together, the client broke through the plateau and achieved a visible change in body composition — markedly better muscle definition, clear conditioning in the shoulders, chest, arms and abs and a lower body-fat percentage. Beyond the visual transformation, he improved his training efficiency, his recovery and his confidence in his own capabilities.

Every program is built individually after an assessment of health status, lifestyle, eating habits and goals. Results are individual and depend on many factors, including consistency and the individual response of the body.

Postnatal Recomposition

–5 kg in just over one month

Tighter midsection, shaped glutes and restored proportions

Six months after giving birth, the client had already lost some of the weight through training, but her main concerns remained — a midsection that was not firm enough, glutes that were not shaped enough and a wish to restore her body's feminine curves. Our goal was not simply a lower number on the scale, but a full body recomposition, restoring muscle and improving proportions.

  • A full postnatal recomposition, not weight loss alone
  • A noticeably firmer midsection
  • Shaped, fuller glutes
  • A defined waist and restored feminine proportions
  • Improved strength, fitness and confidence

Every postnatal program starts with a detailed assessment of health, daily routine, eating habits and physical activity. The client's lab markers were within good ranges, which let us concentrate on optimising nutrition, training and recovery. We built an individual program with a personalised nutrition plan, training aimed at postnatal body shaping, individual supplementation and tracking of measurements and body composition.

The main focus in training was restoring stability through the core and gradually building muscle — firming the abdominal area, building stronger, more shapely glutes, improving posture, defining the waist and developing the lower body. The load was increased gradually, in line with postnatal recovery.

The nutrition plan supported fat reduction and muscle preservation at the same time, with an emphasis on high-quality protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, fibre-rich foods and good hydration. It was easy to follow and fitted around the life of a new mother, with no extreme restrictions or fasting. We also added a carefully chosen foundational supplementation for optimal recovery and better adaptation to training.

In just over a month the client reduced her weight by 5 kilograms (from 61 to 56 kg) and lost centimetres across the board — 6 cm from the waist, 4 cm from the hips, 2 cm from the thighs, 2 cm from the arms and 3 cm from the chest.

The most important result, though, is not measured in numbers alone. The midsection became noticeably firmer, the glutes gained better shape and volume, and the silhouette regained its natural feminine curves. Beyond the visual change, the client improved her strength, her fitness and her confidence in her own body.

Every program is built individually after a detailed assessment of health status, lifestyle, eating habits and goals. In postnatal recovery, the approach is always matched to individual circumstances and, where needed, to the recommendations of the treating physician. Results are individual and depend on many factors, including consistency, the recovery period and the individual response of the body.

Body Recomposition

More muscle mass and lower body fat

Building muscle mass, improving definition and creating a more athletic physique

Every body responds differently to training and nutrition. That is why with K. S. the approach was not aimed simply at putting on kilograms or stripping off fat, but at a complete body recomposition — building lean muscle mass and improving body composition at the same time. From the very start we made a detailed assessment of his condition, eating habits, training experience and goals.

  • Increased lean muscle mass
  • Reduced body fat
  • Better abdominal definition
  • Improved shoulder, back and chest development
  • Improved strength and training volume
  • Better recovery between workouts
  • More athletic and balanced physique

Analysing his lab markers revealed deficiencies that could have limited recovery, athletic performance and muscle growth. These were corrected through individually selected nutrition and supplementation. We built a fully personalised plan for the client covering analysis of the lab work, assessment of body composition, an individual training program and nutrition plan, personalised supplementation, correction of the identified deficiencies, and continuous progress tracking with adjustments as things developed.

The nutrition plan was designed with one main aim — to support building muscle mass without unnecessary fat gain. It included a sufficient intake of high-quality protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats, distributed to provide optimal recovery, energy for training and maximum adaptation to the workload. As the program progressed, calorie intake and macronutrients were periodically adjusted according to results and changes in body composition.

Training was structured around progressive overload and correct technique. We worked on building muscle mass, improving strength, increasing training volume, developing a symmetrical physique, improving posture and raising overall functionality. The program was adapted regularly to avoid plateaus and to keep progress steady.

Following the analysis of his lab markers, a personalised supplementation protocol was put together, aimed at correcting the identified deficiencies and supporting recovery and muscle growth. Where needed, suitable vitamins, minerals and sports supplements were included, matched to the client's individual needs. The goal was never simply to take supplements, but to optimise health and create the conditions for maximum results.

As a result of this systematic work, K. S. achieved a striking change in his body composition. There is a clearly visible increase in muscle mass, better development through the shoulders, chest and back, considerably better definition in the abdominal area and a more athletic look. Beyond the physical change, the client improved his strength numbers, his recovery between sessions and his confidence.

Every program is built individually after a detailed assessment of health status, lab markers, lifestyle, eating habits and goals. Results are individual and depend on many factors, including consistency, training experience and the individual response of the body.

Stage 2 — Recomposition

From weight loss to building the body

Recomposition, tightening, strength and sustainable progression after a 40+ kg reduction

This transformation is one of the examples of why changing the body does not end the moment the scale shows the number you were after. In the first stage of our work together the main goal was a significant reduction of body weight and excess fat — we achieved a reduction of over 40 kilograms, gradually changing eating habits, daily movement and the whole way of life. After a change of that size, though, an entirely different stage begins. In the second stage the focus moved to body recomposition — preserving and gradually building muscle mass, further reducing body fat and improving the shape and firmness of the body.

  • Stage 1: a major reduction in body weight — over 40 kilograms
  • Stage 2: the shift from weight loss to body recomposition
  • Muscle mass preserved and gradually built
  • Further work on the areas where body fat held on more stubbornly
  • Better tone through the midsection, waist, thighs and glutes
  • Progressive strength loading and better-shaped musculature
  • Nutrition matched to the new weight, the training and the recovery
  • A way of living that can be sustained long term

After a substantial reduction in weight, my focus moved to body recomposition. At this point the work becomes considerably more precise. Our goal was to keep working on the areas where body fat held on more stubbornly, to improve the tone of the midsection, waist, thighs and glutes and to gradually build better-shaped musculature. That calls for a different approach from the one used in the initial fat-loss phase.

The training program was adapted to the new goal. Instead of simply increasing energy expenditure, the sessions were aimed more and more at progressive strength loading, muscular adaptation and shaping the body. We track not just the kilograms, but strength, training progress, measurements, the visual change and the way the body responds.

The nutrition plan also moved into a new stage. After a large weight loss I do not want a person to sit permanently in an aggressive calorie deficit. The aim is to provide enough nutrients and protein for recovery and muscle tissue, while still managing energy intake so that body composition keeps improving gradually. Nutrition is therefore adjusted to the current weight, the activity level, the training, the recovery and the specific stage of the program.

As with everyone I work with, supplements are not the foundation of the result and are not used at random. Where needed we monitor appropriate lab markers and possible deficiencies, and supplementation is decided around the real needs, the nutrition, the training volume and the goals. The foundation always stays the same: nutrition, training, recovery, consistency and tracking the results.

For me this is the most important part of Stage 2. Once someone has lost 40+ kilograms, the goal should no longer be endless weight reduction — we start building. More strength, more muscle tone, better body composition, better posture and fitness, and above all a way of living that can be sustained long term. The transformation continues; the goal is simply a different one now — not just fewer kilograms, but a stronger, firmer and more functional body.

The method is the same at every stage: assessment, lab work where needed, individual nutrition, an individual training program, adjustments according to progress, targeted supplementation where required and a sustainable result. I do not use the same program for everyone — each subsequent stage is determined by how the body responded to the one before it.

Every body responds differently. The transformation shown is an individual result and is not a guarantee that another person will achieve the same. Every program is built individually after an assessment of health status, lifestyle, eating habits and goals.
