After her second birth, the client began the program wanting not simply to lose the weight she had gained, but to restore her body safely and correctly. We worked through my methodology, which combines consecutive stages of nutrition, movement and recovery rather than extreme restrictions and one-size-fits-all programs. Over the process the nutrition plan was adjusted several times according to her recovery, energy needs and the results achieved. Alongside it we built a training program performed entirely at home, gradually increasing the load in line with the body's capacity and recovery.

Supplementation was likewise selected individually around her goals and needs, supporting the recovery processes and her overall condition.
